Each project carries its own name and its own repository. Operator Verified — the umbrella named for its claim, verified as a unique human — is the site and devlog these projects link from, not a brand stamped on each repo. States and dates are the program's own record.
Fiador
Fiador: human-backed attestation for Discord bots, with the verify core and badge service as a package inside it. The program's first project; its demo is in build.
Presence approval inbox
Presence proofs gating sensitive agent actions, with a canonical, hash-bound approval record. In design; nothing public yet beyond this card.
Provenance seal
Signed content hashes for agent-written work, with a public verify page per seal. In design; nothing public yet beyond this card.
Callback-verified executive assistant
An AI assistant's outbound calls and messages carry a verification link, so the person contacted can check who stands behind it. In design.
Verify core
The shared AgentBook verification library and dynamic badge service. It lives as a separate package inside the Fiador repo and extracts when a second project consumes it.
Later waves
Agent-to-agent introduction protocol · Fleet identity surfaces · One-human-one-spot RSVP and group travel coordinator mini apps · Attribute concierge and the presence-verified meeting loop · Perks co-op and registry campaign. Parked until their waves start; they get pages when they produce public material.
